Booking Process
- Booking is required in advance for all private sessions.
- Consultation slots are limited and held via Zoom.
- Physical meetings for 1-on-1s may be arranged in Birmingham (on request).

- Same-day bookings must be made before 1:00 PM (UK time).
- Sessions run Monday β Friday only (Excludes weekends).
- No access to sessions after program completion.
